The proposal consists of 8 x four storey townhouses, each with a roof garden with views across Castlefield and Manchesters new skyline.
The scheme is designed to create high-quality family homes that respond to the scale and character of the surrounding neighbourhood.
The design takes inspiration from Knott Mill's industrial identity through the use of brick, simple forms and metal detailing, contributing a human scale to the local high rise vernacular.
